Wins in a competitive market.
Deals Alex has shared publicly, in his own words. Sale prices are left off out of respect for his clients.

Don Mills · February 2022
A first-time buyer wins in Don Mills.
The only unit for sale in its building near the Shops at Don Mills, and plenty of buyers wanted it. Alex and his first-time buyer planned for what might be a single chance to improve their offer, and came out on top.
"Just because there are multiple offers on a property doesn't necessarily mean the highest offer wins, or the person with the most money wins."

Liberty Village · March 2022
A home in the heart of Liberty Village.
Competition was there from the start. Alex and his client planned their approach well before offer night, and secured it.
"Another scenario in which my client and I worked strategically to ensure we would call this property their new home."

Scarborough · March 2022
A two-bedroom condo in Scarborough, won fast.
A fast-moving listing at a time when prices were climbing quickly. Alex and his clients acted decisively, set a strategy and secured the home.
"When it comes to real estate and today's hot market, you really need to be on the ball."
